Recently married, Personal trainer in demand, top Physique competitive bodybuilder, major fitness model and writer of the best fitness blog....Eric Turner has an army of admirers—who often behold him in the altogether, or almost, since he’s repeatedly called upon to model in racy underwear ads—may be surprised to know that he started out his adult life very, well, clothed. A surprisingly shy Utah native, Turner, 31, was a devout Mormon who not only spent two neck-tied years on a bicycle as a door-to-door missionary, but who also once trained others to do so.

It was in some ways his religious upbringing that inspired his devotion to fitness. “Your body is a temple,” he reminds. But his association with the Mormons ended badly. “I made whoopee with a boy and was excommunicated,” says the 6-foot-1, openly gay Turner, who later made his way to Houston to be with his then-boyfriend.

Recently married  to Morné Coetzer....his wedding was in Capetown, South Africa.  He and his new husband are traveling a lot [all over Europe] But he’s also staying in Houston, where his fitness career has really taken off.  He’s in demand at River Oaks’ popular Fit Athletic Club, and he turns up regularly in fitness and fashion magazines here and abroad. Plus, he’s recently entered the bodybuilding arena, and won a major meet in Dallas, the 2012 NPC Ronnie Coleman Classic in March, in the new “physique” category. So far Eric has participated in the following contests

• 2013 JR Nationals - Fifth place. 

It’s been a long road for Eric, who's taken 10 years of relentless dedication to get his body into its current show-stopping shape—which, by the way, he shows off this year in a revealing new beefcake calendar featuring former Mormon missionaries as Mr. March.  It's so cool that a one-time Latter Day Saint would strip down so easily for the camera; and Eric says “It celebrates, for me, the hard work that I’ve done,” and he notes. “One day I’ll be able to look back and say, ‘Damn, I had a nice ass.’”

'MIGHTY' MARKUS RICCI: Med Student by Day, Sexy Model by Night

This is the second time since June 2012 that Markus has been the Cover Model. Markus just turned 29 and is studying to be an MD; he is entering his third year of medical school. Giovanni is a combat veteran....one of those many young men and women who risked their lives for us and that makes him a hero.  Because Giovanni served his time and is only 26 years old, he is ready to start a whole new life. HOT & SEXY SAMUEL T. DISCOVERED BY TEEJOTT

How Young Model "Samuel T."  was discovered by TeeJott 

The way in which TeeJott discovered this new model Samuel was quite interesting. Some months ago TeeJott traveled for the first time to the German part of Belgium: Aachen and Eupen – Yes, there is a German part of  Belgium  …  TeeJott first saw him at the Eupen central bus-stop and then talked with Samuel on the bus… the good-looking young man was on his way to the gym … what else!  And so, in the end, on another day in late August, TeeJott came back to Aachen where Samuel joined them from Eupen and they both traveled to Cologne by train (first two photos) to have this magnificent photoshoot which you can now see.  So, again, TeeJott has found a remarkable young model-talent, who has a lot of potential.

Actually TeeJott was travelling in the German-speaking part of Belgium to conduct preliminary meetings with new, young model candidates. Boarding the commuter bus from Eupen to Aachen on the way home; Samuel was noticed as he was just on his way to the gym. TeeJott spoke to him spontaneously, and Samuel was interested, and chatted while passing the travel time, the gym was something outside. As the heat built-up on the bus after a few stations, Samuel pulled off his sweat shirt and it was clear: This new talent should as quickly as possible get in front of a camera. Now "TeeJott Samuel" has finally gotten in front of the camera and the results are impressive indeed . Samuel's energy and charm comes across very well.  For the photoshoot in Cologne, TeeJott took its new model, so to speak "Samuel from the train" ... the first shots were born on the way to the shoot.

DAZZLING BO PRICOP

In the last few years Bogdan Pricop, better known as “BO” has become one of the top personal trainers in Romania.  Bo is known as the personal trainer to Romanian celebrities and is often featured showing his great physique in the media such as TV, newspapers and health magazines.

Bo has recently been featured in DNA Magazine and named a "Fit Hot Guy"; and is becoming a fast-rising star in the fitness world!

Incredibly Bo is 31 years old; and has managed to make a great career as a personal trainer, but has collaborated in various other fields such as television shows, publications, fashion, wellness and fitness.

He graduated from the Academy, Department of International Economic Relations in 2004, and got his master's degree in fitness management and computerization in the Institute of Education in 2009; and is a student athlete at IEFS Bacau, at the School of sports and health.

Bogdan's story begins in 2005. After a serious accident to his arms (the triceps of both arms had cut tendons and nerves) he stayed home semi-immobilized for 6 months.   As a result Bo read and studied recovery techniques, anatomy of the human body, and nutrition; and numerous books, in general, all that was necessary for an individual to recover in every aspect.

This he did step by step which propelled the remarkable results in his health and wellness; and Bo discovered his vocation into this field; and then followed the courses in studying Sports and Health.

A Resident Personal Trainer since 2005 at Bamboo Fitness Gym (Bucharest) and member of the "Elite Training Team" at the World Class Fitness Academy. Also, he did four years of kayaking, besides 12 years of fitness, with leading coaches. He trains TV stars, designers and public figures' as well as a contributes to magazines such as Taboo, Woman, Felicia, B Fresh, Men's Health, Story, Gossip, and sports and fitness programs as Styllisimo Essenze and D-Paparazzi.

Bogdan has some tips for beginners:

- Plan your training and make sure you know in advance what you will do

- Set a limit for the training and give all you can in the course of its

- Be efficient at each exercise for each muscle group that trained

- After training make a rapid assessment of your performance

- Prepare your next training session before you leave the room

Bo's Workout looks like this:

Monday : morning: chest, abdomen; afternoon: 30 min cardio

Tuesday : morning: shoulders, abdomen, afternoon: 30 min cardio

Wednesday : morning: back,  Afternoon: cardio 30 min

Thursday : - break

Friday : Morning: chest, abdomen, evening: 30 min cardio

Saturday : legs

Sunday : - break

Not a specific workout for the arms

As a full-time model he does not change his diet program; so on and off season is actually the same, remaining around 75-77 kg in shape at 1.78 m.

Usually he eats 6 meals a day:

- Meal 1 (immediately after waking up), oats, almonds, banana and 1.5 cups milk 0.1% whey protein

- Meal 2: 2 scoops protein and dextrose immediately after the first training

- Meal 3 (1 hour after workout): 300 g beef with some rice

- Meal 4: 2-3 fruit or bars Fibrobar-R

- Meal 5: same as Meal 3

- Meal 6 (after the second workout): 2 scoops protein

While watching TV recently, I noticed this super hunk advertising an athlete's foot medicine.  I mean this guy had muscles everywhere; and turns out he's 46 year old model/actor Timothy Christopher Adams.


Tim was born August 4, 1967 in Belleville, New Jersey.  His nicknames are "Flex" and "Muscles".


A graduate of Jersey City State University with a B.S. in computer science, Adams was a partner in a trucking company when he decided to pursue a career in entertainment. He signed with the Boss Modeling Agency and had his first major break as an actor in winning a role on the soap opera "Sunset Beach" (1997).

POLISH BEAUTY KAMIL NICALEK

Kamil Nicalek is a Abercrobmie and Fitch model; a 25-year old Polish beauty from Stalowa Wola, Poland.  He stands 6'2" tall and presently lives in New York. He has appeared for Abercrobmie and Fitch and is now working with some of the biggest names in the fashion industry such as Bruce Weber, Mike Ruiz, and Thomas Synnamon.

CARLOS FREIRE

Carlos Freire (real name: Carlinhos Freire), born in 1985, in Brazil, is a model, perhaps known for gracing the front cover of "Style: Men" magazine in 2007. Freire has always been a good-looking kid. He began to do modeling as a teenager. However, he was truly “discovered” by 40 Graus Models in 2006. Before long, Freire was featured in countless magazines including Vanity Fair, Out, Quem, Drops, and in 2007, landed the front cover of Style: Men magazine. Freire walked the biggest designer's runways and had posed for top Brazilian photographers Fernando Torquatto and Michael Roberts. Freire did a large perfume campaign for "Lab Series" and also bagged a billboard ad for book, music and stationary store "Super Sports" in Bangkok.

During his spare time, Freire enjoys riding his motorcycle, working out, watching movies and swimming at the beach. He recently shot in Rio with Rick Day and with Fabien Montique in New York. He is represented by Vision Model Management in L.A. and Major Model Management in N.Y. 

Carlos popularly continues to soar and recently he posed in Emporio Armani trunks. Shot in black and white by Darren Black, Carlos’s defined torso is definitely the star of this photo. The 27 year old model wears the Italian brand confidently in this simple, but effective shoot.

SUPER MODEL ARTHUR KELLER

The 6'2" male model Arthur Keller was born in Switzerland in 1988. 

Arthur started his career in 2010 signing with “Red Model Management”. Since then, this sexy hottie has managed to land numerous magazine photoshoots and campaigns including “Ralph Lauren”, “Burberry”, “SYN Menswear”, “N2N Underwear”, and has been photographed by established photographers Sean P. Watters and Alexander Beer, just to name a few.

As of 2012, Keller is represented by agencies all over the world — Premier London, Red Model Management NY, Elite Denmark, Elite LA, IMM Bruxelles, Next Miami and m4 models Germany.
