Marcello Coutinho is from São Paulo, Brazil.  He is only 19 years old and stands 1.88m in height with a lean and muscular physique.  From a military family, he is just beginning his career as a model.  Unfortunately he spent time with the wrong people and now we can only say that he really is on the right track. A Commercial recently caught my eye — starring none other than TopTen "FitHotGuy" Model/Actor Aaron O’Connell (www.aaronoconnell.com), who's from Carmel, Indiana.  Aaron looks just gorgeous in the ad; and pretty beefy too.  Watch the commercial below which is pretty cheesy with lots of sexual innuendo  — but Aaron can snake my drain anytime!

CANADIAN TYLER SARRY MAKES FITNESS FUN!

 

There are many reasons why Tyler Sarry is special. Beside his handsome looks, his impressive physique, his tremendous fitness knowledge, Tyler has more great qualities and that is the guy is fun and a showman. He is humorous, smart, and expresses it in his workout videos many of which are on YouTube. His great, outgoing personality is highly motivating. His future place may not be only the gym but also a film studio: Tyler is taking acting courses and workshops in Los Angeles and Toronto to improve his on-camera skills.

Nevertheless fitness is Tyler's big passion and he is always in tip-top shape. He is a personal trainer, body image and lifestyle consultant, but above all a top fitness model.  Tyler won the Mr. Model Universe Championship in 2009  which is only one of a long list of awards and trophies, and his photo shoots have appeared in many well known publications and magazines. Here Tyler talks about his impressive road to fitness:
 

"As a child, I was always very active and played almost every sport imaginable, through various leagues and school sports teams. Upon entering highschool, I decided to explore my passion for skateboarding and other extreme sports which were more independent, but sometimes criticized for not being “real” sports. One day, when I was still in high school, I was messing around at the local YMCA with a few friends in the gym area, and demonstrating the improper form of how exercises could be done. A fairly large man named Fred approached my friends and myself, and asked us if we would like to set up an appointment to learn how to lift weights the proper way. We agreed, and the next week myself and one of my friends showed up for what would be the start of my fitness obsession. From that point on, I became fixated on fitness and  I was literally in the gym every day trying to work my way toward that ideal body type that I admired so greatly. My dedication to weight lifting was so extreme that, between the ages of sixteen and seventeen, I converted my bedroom into a weight room, and all throughout college, you could either find me in the gym, outside for a run, or of course, in class, working hard at my studies.

I originally wanted to get into bodybuilding, but after realizing the downfalls, not to mention the “ups” and “downs” (and I am not only referring to weight!) of the sport, I decided to stick with what I love doing! Staying in “photo-shape” year round, competing, networking, traveling, and knowing that there is nothing else that I would rather be doing, are all that I need in order to be happy. When I am not traveling, pursuing acting, or in the gym myself, you can usually catch me training one of my clients and doing my best to spark the interest in someone else that Fred sparked in me so many years ago!"

RENATO FERRIERA - MADE IN BRAZIL

Renato Ferreira, born in 1990, in Sao Paulo, Brazil, is a top Brazilian model.

Less than 3 years ago though, Renato was going to high school in Canada; and he also wanted to be a bodybuilder, just like Arnold was, one day, but with bigger legs.

From 15 to 17 he went to high school in Brazil, and the remaining time off from school he just wanted to go to parties with his friends hoping to get lucky with girls.

At 18 he did a student exchange program which brought him to Calgary Canada, when he decided to workout to be huge so when he would go back home it would be easier to get lucky with the ladies.  It turned out that he got a girlfriend in Canada and he's still with her.

Renato was discovered by a modeling agency's booker while attending a course at a college. After that the 5'11" tall Brazilian and with an incredible physique, Renato has become one of the much sought-after male models from the prestigious stables of Ford Model Brazil.  Ferreira premiered on the blog, "Made in Brazil" in 2009. This feature raised his stature to that of an internationally recognized model.

His first work outside of Brazil was NYC, he knew his portfolio wasn’t good enough back then but he always aimed very high to where he wanted to be.  After that he did a couple trips back home and a tour around Asia building up his portfolio. Now he's back in Canada but next year he will be back to the USA where he believes is the place to be for modeling.

Renato being from Brazil where people really do dance in the streets. He's Carioca da gema, so he loves to dance on the streets during Carnaval, but usually it is like everywhere else (with nice butts and mini skirts everywhere around). He doesn't think he dances well, but he tries. He did do a dance show with very nice choreography back in high school, in Canada, which he liked.

Since then, Renato, 22,  has appeared on the covers of countless magazines and ad campaigns including "Junior Magazine", "Butch", as well as being photographed by renown photograhers Greg Vaughan, Miguel Crispim, and Fabien Montique, among others. The covershot for Junior magazine was taken in Rio but his latest cover was for OutLooks Magazine, December 2011 issue here in Canada which was shot at Arpoador beach by Lucio Luna.

Lucas Malvacini, Mister Gay Brazil 2011, was the victim of a lightning kidnap!

Late on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 the model, former boyfriend of Barbara Evans, said on his Twitter page that he was kidnapped on the doorstep and left on a road in the city of Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais, a few hours later. 

"Thank God ... I was kidnapped on the street of my home and they took me to BR, stole everything including the car! But I'm fine. Thank you, God! I'm fine! They didn't do anything to me! In spite of the fright and of the threat later with a gun, they did nothing", wrote the model in his page on Twitter early on Wednesday, 21. 

Lucas won the affection of his followers and he thanked them: "My friends, thank you for caring! I'm fine! Despite the shock ... I'll try to sleep ... Our life is worth a lot! Do not forget that."

"I managed to stay calm, on my own, to get out for good. My only thought was this", said Lucas Malvacini, Mister Brazil 2011, about the lightning-kidnap he suffered on Tuesday, 20, in Juiz de Fora (MG). 

In an interview with EGO on Wednesday, 21, the model, who is Barbara Evans' ex-boyfriend, said he arrived at his family home at around 21h, coming from the gym with a friend, when he was approached by two men, one of them armed with a revolver. 

One of the criminals took the wheel. The other, armed, was with Lucas in the backseat. The model and his friend were then taken by the robbers for a spin around town. Mister Brazil and the friend, that he preferred not to identify, stayed 45 minutes with the bandits. 

"They ordered me to keep my head down all the time. When I took a risk to look from the corner of my eye, one told me not to move or he would shoot", said Lucas, who was left by the criminals in an access to a land of BR-040. 

Upon arrival on site, Lucas and friend were forced to descend and they delivered up money, cell phones and other personal belongings to the assailants, besides the vehicle. "I have two phones and has retained one, which has GPS. When they left, I discovered where I was and told the police and my brother", said Lucas who had never been mugged. 

Mister Brazil has revealed that he would go to the police station, on the afternoon of Wednesday, to get the occurrence report. "I had two opportunities to look well at them and I memorized the faces. If necessary, I will be able to recognize them", he said, adding that so far, police have no clue to the robbers.

Passion of the Christ 
Already recovered from the shock, Lucas told the EGO that he is going to São Paulo on this Sunday, 25, to begin the rehearsals of the enactment of the "Passion of the Christ" that happens traditionally in Interlagos Circuit.

Mister Brazil will play Pontius Pilate, his debut as an actor. "It's what I want to do for my life (to act), I hope it works out. It's life that continues. I can't stop", he said. 

MUSCLE BEAST - IVAN KOCHETKOV

There is a new muscle beast from Russia - Ivan Kochetkov.  He coaches at Atrium Fitness Center; and lives in Moscow, Russia; and was born on January 20, 1988.

The 5'9", 24 year old Russian was runner up in the 90kgs class at the 2011 Championship of Moscow.

Eighteen-year Alexey Lesukov begins his career in 2006 when he immediately won several titles at competitions in bodybuilding in St. Petersburg, Murmansk, and the discovery season - as was named by the Apatitys youth in the Championships of the Northwest.

Will power plus character

In childhood Lesha was a normal boy:  he went to the pool, studied to play the piano. This occupation did not really interest him, but he did not want to argue with his mom. Until a certain time.

When he was 13,  Lesha looked at himself in the mirror and decided that his body was perfect for bodybuilding. He read the necessary books and also began to go to an exercise room. Here his great genetics also proved useful.  His Mom though was against it, - described Lesha, - and even forbade it. So it was necessary to go quietly to a gym, on money that the school gave out for eating.

Q: Who trained you?

Alexey: No one. I myself developed routines of exercises. First by myself, later a friend joined me. And in 11th class I began to prepare to attend the Academy named Lesgafta.

Alexey moved to St. Petersburg where he began to work out at the nearest sports hall. There he was noticed by who would become his future trainer.

The best among other young men

The trainer at the club was "Diamond" Andrey Prokofiev (the holder of many impressive titles in bodybuilding) who for a time observed Lesha, and then offered his services.

So the first-year student at the academy (in the future - the trainer-teacher on bodybuilding) began to combine study with daily two-hour training sessions. It was difficult, admitted Lesha.

But Alexey was ready in April to compete in the first "contest on a stage".  In one month he became the absolute champion among young men in the Championship of the Northwest, the teen champion of Russia in the Eastern Europe Cup, achieved first place among teens and men in the Championship of St. Petersburg, and took the lead among teens at the Murmansk competitions. For this he has received cups, medals and a rank of the Master of Sports.

As a Master of Sports Alexei does not drink, does not smoke, is good to himself, in general - the enviable groom.

Impact on a beautiful body
But, as was found out, the success is given to bodybuilders not so easily. Competitions are preceded with two months of rigid preparation: physical activities and special low-carbohydrate diet. One week prior to performance in a diet of sportsmen there is only fiber and not any salt! And for two days - loading by carbohydrates. Such impact on one's body is necessary, as Alexey has explained, for an increase in the muscles, indeed in bodybuilding what they evaluate.

Before competitions the athletes get weighed, then "paint" their skin with a special cream to give to the body a bronze shade and shine. It makes the muscles more visible and stand out better.

These new pictures of emerging new talent Brandon Schinaman are incredible.  Brandon is a 21 year old actor/model who lives in Los Angeles, California. He is appearing in the upcoming David DeCoteau flick, Voodoo Academy 2 which is due for release this summer.
